Advanced Shop Talk Groups
“4 weeks to a better business” – Held in the spring and fall, this 4-week teleconference covers all aspects of the business. In a small group of non-competing peers, you will discuss topics such as Leadership, Branding, Marketing, Selling, and Resource Management. Weekly goal setting helps to keep everyone on task and ensures some forward progress by the end of the series.

Do I have to belong to National PDCA in order to be a member of the PDCA Residential Forum?
Yes, membership in National PDCA is required and verified before your Forum membership is activated.
Is the business Systems Workbook ever updated?
Yes, it is updated annually and members are mailed the updated version. Every year, members of the PDCA Residential Forum submit new and revised forms that go into the update. The Business Systems Workbook provides many varied resources. One simple use can pay for your membership many times. Update is sent out on CD-ROM.
What is the Painter’s Rag?
It is the Forum’s quarterly newsletter. This newsletter provides members and subscribers with a quick hit, big bang for the buck business and life resource.
Besides AST, are there other Residential Forum Programs?
Yes, we always present Education Sessions at PDCA’s annual convention, Painting and Decorating EXPO.
