I have been in the association for 1 1/2 years and a contractor for 2 years. What a weight on shoulders!! Being associated with the caliber of people in PDCA and what I learned at AST could have taken a lifetime to implement. Everyone has something to offer. My toughest assignment is to pick which ideas to implement.

These are the best of the best painting contractors and there is nothing I will encounter as a business owner that someone in the Forum hasn't been through. The camaraderie and peer to peer interaction help me sharpen my focus more than any other organization I participate in."

What is remarkable about owning a business is the myriad challenges it presents us, as individuals, as bosses, as spouses. I cannot think of a crucible more effective at forcing growth, reflection and evolution. The Residential Forum is made up of people who are on the leading edge of our industry; I have learned and continue to learn an incredible amount from my peers in this Forum and consider it both a privilege and pleasure to help guide its future.
